COPYRIGHT
➢ The layouts and notes sold by Scrapkits.co.za are protected under Copyright law and may under no circumstances be used for commercial gain without the express permission of the owners.
➢ Teaching or reproduction of any layout or notes for commercial gain without the express permission of the owners may be a prosecutable offence.
➢ No Scrapkits.co.za layout may appear on any website or in any magazine without the express permission of the owners.

SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT
➢ We have 3, 6 & 12 month contracts available. Please note that contract applies to consecutive months.
➢ When you click "Submit" to submit your order on-line, you are making an offer to take out a subscription which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
➢ A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you written confirmation of your order.
➢ We will advise you when your subscription is about to end and offer you the opportunity to re-subscribe.

PAYMENT
➢ Due to the limited numbers of kits produced each month we are only able to guarantee kits to subscribers whose payment is in our bank account by the 3rd of each month.
➢ Should we receive late payment, we will make every effort to supply a kit for the month. However, should this not be possible, the payment will be held for the following month. No refunds will be given in this instance.

RATES
➢ Any subscribers who sign up with for a special offer, will be entitled to their special price for the duration of their contract. However should a payment not be received, then the special rate will no longer apply, and the current kit price will then be applicable.
➢ Due to the exchange rate however, we may need to adjust the rate for new subscribers from time to time.

POSTAGE
➢ All kits will be posted using the South African Postal Services.
➢ The cost of postage is included in the price of the kits. There is no discount if the kits are collected from our offices.
➢ For International orders postage will be quoted separately depending on destination.
➢ Kits will be posted on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
➢ We will have delivery tracking to ensure safe delivery to your postal address. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels where the South African Postal Services has confirmed collection, as we regard this as proof that we have sent the parcel in good faith.
➢ You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the kit if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed parcels and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you, we do not receive correct address details.
➢ Should a parcel be returned to us due to failure to collect, you will be responsible for additional costs to receive the parcel back and to re-post it to you.
➢ Should any returned parcels not be claimed after a period of 3 months, despite efforts to contact you, we reserve the right to dispose of the parcel and its contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
➢ All of our kits are carefully hand packed to maintain accuracy and to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. Should you receive a kit with damaged or missing items, please notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your parcel so that we can arrange to have the product replaced for you.

PRIVACY
➢ Please be assured that we will never sell, trade or otherwise share any personal contact information with a third party. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and all information supplied will be for the exclusive use of Scrapkits.co.za and sister company Art from the Heart.
